We are in Village Square, Clemmons, formerly called Meaowbrook Mall. It is the white building to your left as you face Kmart, on Lewisville-Clemmons Road. Address is 6000 Meadowbrook Mall Court Suit 201B. From Winston-Salem along I-40, use exit 184 (Lewisville-Clemmons Road), turn left (south) to the first trafic light, which is at the entrance to Kmart. If coming along highwy 158, turn right at Lewisville-Clemmons Road; the 2nd traffic light you then encounter is at the entrance to Kmart. A stairway entrance is at the west side of the building, the side toward Lewisville-Clemmons Road. The office is wheelchair-accessible from the east side and south side entrances. There is an elevator, and there is plenty of parking.
